"Contactless was fine, I guess"
The food showed up at my door and I didn’t have to talk to anyone or do the whole handoff thing, so that was nice. It was a little late though, which was kinda annoying, but it was still warm when I got it, so...

The site does what I need but it does feel kind of clunky. Menus can take a bit to load sometimes and it gets a little annoying when I am just trying to move around quickly...

One item was missing from my order, so I reached out to support. It did take a bit before they got back to me, but like I said, once they finally replied, they just refunded it without making it complicated. Like I said, not a perfect experience, but they took care of it in the end.

For the most part, it’s been reliable and I usually feel like I can trust it. That said, when something does go wrong, I’d expect at least some kind of apology or acknowledgment instead of just moving on like nothing happened...

Food was fine. No issue there. Ordered, waited, everything showed up like it should. But the fees… I didn’t really notice the full amount until I was basically at checkout. Not a huge deal, just kind of annoying. I wish delivery.com made the total clearer earlier on so it didn’t feel like a last-minute surprise

I ordered last night after a long day and left a note asking for no onions and for it to be dropped off by the side door. When it got here, both things were actually done right, which doesn’t always happen with delivery apps. I was happy with the whole experience.

I ordered through delivery.com last night, everything showed up just how I asked for it. The sauces were all there, the drinks were right, and the food matched my order with no weird mix-ups.

That might sound basic, but if you use delivery apps enough, you know it doesn’t always go that smoothly. I also left a special note, and they actually followed it, which I appreciated.

Overall, it was a simple, solid experience. No complaints from me, and I’d definitely use delivery.com again.

"Good coverage in my area"
I mostly use delivery.com because it includes more places near me than a lot of the other delivery apps. I’ve even found a few smaller local restaurants on there, which is great when I’m not in the mood for the usual chain options.
The only reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars is that some restaurants randomly show as unavailable, and the options definitely drop off if I’m a little outside town. Still, for where I live, it’s been reliable, and I’d say it’s one of the better apps to keep on hand.

"They sorted out my missing food fast"
My order showed up missing one of the items, which was annoying because of course it was the thing I was most looking forward to. I messaged delivery.com support expecting to sit there forever refreshing my phone, like when you’re waiting for a package that says “out for delivery” for six hours.

But they actually got back to me quickly and didn’t make it a whole ordeal. They fixed it, the refund came through soon after, and I went back to eating what did arrive while half-watching TV. it was just nice to deal with customer service that answered and handled it without any drama.
